CRISPR genome editing requires a guide RNA sequence to direct Cas9 to a particular DNA sequence. This plasmid also contains a site for insertion of a guide RNA sequence. This plasmid is also compatible with the double gRNA adaptor (OG3519) which allows insertion of 2 gRNAs instead of 1.
