Central Services Technician

The Central Services Technician will carry out range of processes to provide support to all laboratory based groups at Oxford Genetics with a focus on equipment, stock, reagents and waste management.

 

 

 

Senior Scientist – Molecular Biology

The Molecular Biology Scientist will be involved in running genetic engineering projects for external customers, specifically designing and implementing genetic engineering strategies including primer design, oligonucleotide ligations, site directed mutagenesis and sequencing reactions.

 

 

 

Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician will be involved in two main areas, helping to run the genetic engineering, cell line development and analytics laboratories of the company whilst working to support customer projects and internal R&D.

 

 

 

Associate Scientist - Analytical Sciences

The Associate Scientist – Analytical Sciences will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, predominantly focused on establishing analytical processes and methodology for protein and viral vector-based biotherapeutics.

 

 

 

Associate Scientist - Cell Engineering

The Associate Scientist – Cell Engineering will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, predominantly focused on establishing stable viral packaging cell lines.

 

 

 

Scientist – Cell Engineering

The Cell Engineering Scientist will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, predominantly focused on expanding gene editing technologies and platforms at Oxford Genetics.

 

 

 

Group Leader - Cell Line Development

The appointee will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, focusing on establishing cell line development processes in mammalian cells for the production of both therapeutic proteins and viral vectors for gene therapy applications.

 

 

 

Group Leader – Molecular Biology

The appointee will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, focusing on establishing cell line development processes in mammalian cells for the production of both therapeutic proteins and viral vectors for gene therapy applications.

 

 

 

Scientist – Process Development (Downstream)

The appointee will be involved in a range of internal platform development and commercial projects, focusing on establishing process development capabilities for the production of both therapeutic proteins and viral vectors for gene therapy applications.

 

 

 

Scientist – Process Development (Upstream)

The Process Development Scientist will work together with Scientist colleagues to specify and implement bioreactor systems and to establish processes for clone screening and upstream process development purposes.

 

 

 

Quality Manager

This position will interface with other Managers within the company, in particular the leads for the Cell Line Development, Informatics and Process Development teams. The position will report to the Chief Technology Officer.
