CRISPR Singles and Libraries

 

Oxford Genetics’ custom CRISPR singles, arrayed libraries or pooled libraries comprise a Cas9 expression plasmid, each containing a guide RNA (gRNA) toward a different target gene. These can be delivered into cells using standard transfection reagents, enabling rapid, effective knockout of target genes, and making them suitable for typical screening workflows. The singles and libraries are constructed on demand using gRNA designs produced by our proprietary design algorithm, which incorporates the latest developments in research to select the optimal gRNA designs, or you can supply your own gRNA designs and we can take care of the rest. The gRNAs can be inserted into any of our Cas9 expression plasmids and the full list of these can be found here.

We can also provide any library in a viral format, such as lentivirus, which is ideal for targeting cell types that are difficult to transfect with plasmids.
